At its core, this project is about reimagining the workplace as a space where people matter most. By focusing on human experience, we empower leaders and teams to create cultures of empathy, growth, and genuine connection—transforming work into a source of meaning and well-being for everyone involved.

The H2H Experiment was born from a simple observation: most workplaces talk about caring for people, but their systems, structures, and cultures tell a different story. Too many leaders feel trapped between doing what's "expected" and doing what feels right for humans.
Joao started this project to bridge that gap—to help leaders build workplaces where humans aren't just "resources" but the very foundation of success. It's about creating cultures where trust, belonging, and growth aren't afterthoughts, but the starting point.

The H2H Experiment draws from diverse wisdom traditions and modern science:
Our approach: Making complex ideas simple and practical. Every concept is tested through real-world experiments you can try in your own leadership practice.
We see the whole person, not just the job title or function they perform.
True leadership requires both compassion and the courage to challenge norms.
Progress comes from trying, learning, and iterating—not from getting it perfect.
We go deep into ideas, but always bring them back to what you can do today.
